02/10/2018 تحت مظلة برنامج ترشيد ومبادرة كفاءتي خدمات تحسين كفاءة الطاقة في أكبر مباني شركة أبوظبي للتوزيع تعلن شركة أبوظبي للتوزيع عن بدء تطبيق عقود أداء الطاقة في عدد من مبانيها بالتعاون مع شركات خدمات الطاقة المسجلة المعتمدة من قبل دائرة التنمية الاقتصادية. تساهم عقود أداء الطاقة في تقليل استهلاك الطاقة في المباني الحكومية والتجارية. يهدف هذا البرنامج الى تحسين أداء المباني القائمة الغير سكنية من خلال تقليل الطاقة المستهلكة في أنظمة التبريد والإضاءة والأنظمة الأخرى من خلال توظيف التقنيات الفعالة. إن مفهوم الترشيد وفقاً لعقود الأداء قد تم تطبيقه لأكثر من 35 عامًا على مستوى العالم، وقد تم اعتماده مؤخرًا في المنطقة لخفض استهلاك الطاقة في المباني القائمة. بموجب عقود أداء الطاقة فإنه لا يُطلب من مُلاك المباني إجراء أي نفقات رأسمالية على أن يستمروا في دفع تكاليف الكهرباء والتشغيل والصيانة السنوية كما هي. وستقوم شركات خدمات الطاقة بدفع تكاليف إعادة تأهيل المباني على أن تسترد هذه الشركات النفقات التي قدمتها على مدى عمر عقد الأداء (عادة من 4 إلى 5 سنوات) وذلك من خلال الفرق الذي تم تحقيقه بين فواتير الكهرباء وفي بعض الأحيان المياه أيضا. وقد عقدت شركة أبوظبي للتوزيع اليوم ورشة عمل مع شركات خدمات الطاقة المسجلة والمؤهلة لمشاركة تفاصيل عملية المناقصة لإعادة تأهيل المباني التابعة لشركة أبوظبي للتوزيع باستخدام عقود الأداء لترشيد الطاقة، بحيث تتقدم شركات الخدمات المعتمدة للمناقصة على الدفعة الأولى من المباني بمساحة إجمالية تبلغ حوالي 40000 متر مربع، والتي تستهلك أكثر من 4 ملايين كيلووات في السنة في 6 مبانٍ. تمثل هذه المباني أنواعًا مختلفة تستخدم بشكل عام في القطاع الحكومي، مثل المستودعات والمكاتب. وبذلك تكون شركة أبوظبي للتوزيع هي الشركة الرائدة في تطبيق مبادرة كفاءتي التي تهدف إلى توفير ما يزيد عن 445,000 ميجاواط / ساعة سنويا من استهلاك الكهرباء في 5 ملايين متر مربع في 3000 مبنى حكومي وتجاري. بالإضافة إلى أن المبادرة ستشكل خطة عمل لاستبدال جميع الأجهزة عالية الاستهلاك للطاقة، مثل أنظمة تكييف الهواء وأنظمة التهوية وأنظمة الإضاءة والمصاعد ومضخات المياه إلخ، بأجهزة موفرة للطاقة تتوافق مع المعايير والمواصفات التي وضعتها الجهات المختصة مثل هيئة الإمارات للمواصفات والمقاييس ومجلس أبوظبي للجودة و المطابقة، وبرنامج استدامة التابع لدائرة التخطيط العمراني والبلديات. وستقوم شركات خدمات الطاقة بصيانة هذه المعدات والإشراف على تشغيلها بالشكل الصحيح طوال فترة العقد بما يتوافق مع المعايير التي وضعها المصنع. للمزيد من المعلومات، يرجى زيارة الموقع الالكتروني www.tarsheedAD.com Under the Umbrella of Tarsheed Program Energy Performance Contracting Services on Abu Dhabi Distribution Company Buildings – Kafa’ati Initiative is launched. Abu Dhabi Distribution Company (ADDC) announces the commencement of the Energy Performance Contract (EPC) implementation on a number of its buildings through Energy Services Companies (ESCO) that have been successfully registered with Department of Energy (DoE), Department of Economic Development (DED), and Abu Dhabi City Municipality (ADM). EPC services enable the reduction of energy consumption in government, commercial and institutional buildings. This program will enable existing non-residential buildings to reduce energy consumed for cooling, lighting and other essential functions through the incorporation of efficient technologies. Performance Contracting is a concept, which has been successfully used worldwide for over 35 years and has recently been adopted in the region to facilitate the rapid achievement of energy reduction in existing buildings. Under an energy performance contract, the building owner is not required to make any upfront capital expenditure, rather they continue to pay the annual electric, operation and maintenance costs as in the past. ESCOs will fund the cost of buildings’ retrofit, which will be recovered over the performance contract life (typically 4 to 5 years) through the difference between the cost of prior electricity consumed and the cost of the reduced energy consumption achieved through the use of efficient technologies. ADDC held today a workshop with qualified ESCOs to share the details of the tendering process for ADDC buildings’ retrofits using EPC approach. Registered ESCOs will bid for the first batch of buildings with a total space of around 40,000 m2, which consumes more than 4 million kWh/year in 6 buildings. These buildings represent different types that are generally used across the governmental sector, such as warehouses and office buildings. With this, ADDC is leading by example the implementation of Kafa’ati Initiative that aims at saving over 445,000 MWh/year in electricity consumption in 5 million m2 in 3000 buildings. The initiative will also form a work plan for replacing all energy intensive equipment, such as A/Cs, ventilation systems, lighting systems, elevators, and water pumps, etc. with energy efficient ones that comply with the standards and specifications put by the competent authorities like Emirates Authority For Standardization and Metrology (ESMA), Estidama program, Abu Dhabi Quality and Conformity Council (QCC) and the Department of Urban Planning and Municipalities.
